A 3 Day Live Capability Installation Event to.. Close Life Changing Deals and Become Undefeatable

Chennai · February 4–6, 2027 · Starts 10:00am

The Excellence Installation method has generated more than $200 million in documented participant revenue and reached over 1 million lives. At the last Close The Deal a founder did $4.2 million in sales and a CEO closed an ₹8 crore equity stake.

You're not falling behind because you're slow.
You're falling behind because the world got faster.

Nobody sends a letter when it happens.

The next ten years will make more millionaires and more billionaires than any ten years before them.

That has nothing to do with you.

The odds

The world's probability isn't your probability

Every time the world re-organises itself, it mints people. New categories. New markets. Names nobody had heard of five years earlier.

It's happening again right now, faster and across more borders than at any point you've been alive for. So yes, the odds of getting seriously wealthy have never been better.

Your odds haven't moved an inch.

A wave lifts whoever happens to be standing where it breaks. Everyone else reads about them later and calls it luck.

And the ones it lifted weren't the smartest people in the Arena, or the best connected. They spotted something while it was still invisible. Then they closed it.

Your odds don't rise when the world's odds rise.
They rise when you start seeing what you can't currently see.

Everything short of that is standing on a beach watching other people get carried.

A packed auditorium at an Antano and Harini event

The gap

The world moves fast. You move slow.

A new industry can start, grow and be worth billions in five years. Money moves between countries in an afternoon. Machines have started doing work that took you fifteen years to learn.

That's the world. Now here's you.

Antano puts a number on people. To change one habit, in one situation, on your own, takes two to three years. A man stops losing his temper, and calls it growth, after three years of trying.

Now think about your own life. How many things about you would have to change for it to look completely different in twenty years? Not one thing. Twenty. Maybe thirty.

Two to three years each. Do that sum.

That isn't ten years of work. That's your whole life.

10

Things the average person has been stuck on for ten years each.

Ten stuck patterns. Ten years apiece. That is a hundred years of delay sitting in one life. Measured across Antano and Harini's participant data. Three days exist to cut that clock.

Only one thing closes a gap of speed.
Evolve faster than the world is evolving.

What would otherwise take 10 to 20 years, participants report inside 6 to 24 months. That's the whole point of Personal Evolution Science, and the only honest reason three days can beat three more years of effort.

The part nobody talks about

The deal that changes your life is one you can't see

Three kinds of things exist in your life right now.

What you know. What you know you don't know, which you can go and learn tonight. And what you've no idea exists at all.

The deal that changes your next twenty years is sitting in the third one. Which is exactly why it's still sitting there.

You can't search for something you don't know is missing.

Everything in your life sits in one of these four squares

Three of them you can work on. The fourth one you can't even look at, and that's the one holding your life.

You know it’s there You’ve no idea it’s there

Known known

You know what you know

Your skills. Your degree. The work you are good at and can prove.

This is the square you built a career on.

Everyone else has one too

Known unknown

You know what you don’t know

The course you keep meaning to take. The software you never learned. The gap you can name out loud.

This is where your money and your weekends go.

Fixable. Rarely the problem

Unknown known

You don’t know what you know

A contact worth crores sitting in your phone. Something you do naturally that other people pay for.

You walk past it every single day.

Already yours. Currently wasted

Unknown unknown

You don’t know what you don’t know

You can’t name it. You can’t search for it. You can’t work harder at it. You don’t even know it’s there.

Every deal that changes a life is sitting in here And it is invisible to you by definition
x
You have the answerYou don’t have the answer

Now look at where you have spent the last ten years. The top two squares. Getting better at what you already do, and closing gaps you were able to name.

That isn’t wasted. It’s just the small half.

Nobody ever got rich in the top two squares. The life changing ones are all in the bottom right, and the bottom right is invisible to you by definition.

You can’t study your way into that square. You can’t hustle your way in either. It only opens when the person changes. That is the entire reason Close The Deal exists, and it is the one thing three days can do that ten more years of effort cannot.

There are opportunities that are all the time screaming at people's face. And a lot of people can't see it.

Antano Solar John
Two leaders in conversation on stage at Close The Deal

Why you can't see it

Your brain only shows you what hurts

Your mind has one job with your life: fix whatever is hurting today.

The bill. The argument. The deadline. The thing that kept you awake last night.

It was never built to look up and ask what you're missing. So the list you've been working from is a list of your problems, and you've been calling it a plan.

Here's what that costs you.

The thing that would have changed everything was probably right there the whole time. In someone you already knew. In a business you looked at and walked past. In a phone call you never made.

It was never hidden. You just couldn't see it yet.

A frontier isn't a place.
It's something you couldn't do last year and can do now.

Ten years ago an Indian founder had no way to sell to a buyer in Texas without getting on a plane. Today it's a Tuesday. That is a frontier opening, and every frontier that opens makes somebody wealthy. It is never the person with the longest experience. It is the person who saw it first and moved.

Your next frontier already exists. Somebody is going to walk through it in the next two years. Three days decide whether that somebody is you.

Antano Solar John on stage

Undefeatable

Same man. Same week. Two completely different answers.

Fresh out of college, Antano was already working for several companies on retainer. Real projects. Real problems solved. He walked into one of them and asked a simple question. What if I joined you full time?

HR looked at his age and offered him a fresher's salary. A quarter of what that same company was already paying him.

He told her it made no sense. He worked with their CTO. He knew exactly what he was saving them.

She said: but you're a fresher.

Read that again. He was already doing the work. They were already paying him four times her offer. And she still couldn't see it, because the rulebook on her desk said fresher.

The next month the CTO brought him in at almost three times what he had asked for.

Nothing about Antano changed in those thirty days. What changed was who was deciding.

That's the whole thing, at every level of life. HR has a rulebook. The CTO has a problem. One of them can only ever say no. The other one can say anything.

Spend a career arguing with the rulebook and you get a career. Learn to reach the person who doesn't need it, and the rules simply stop being about you.

These are MNCs and these policies, they try and follow. And they do follow. But not for you. Not for you if you're crossing a particular threshold and the company starts recognising that you are becoming irreplaceable.

Antano Solar John · The Rules Are Different At The Top

Three days. Three things change.

1

You evolve faster than the world does. The gap that has been widening every year stops widening, and then starts closing.

2

You start seeing what was invisible. Box four opens. That is where every deal that changes a life has always been sitting.

3

You close them. At the right value, at the right time, until the rules that hold everybody else stop applying to you.

What actually changes

Real things. In your real life. Written plainly.

You end up owning a business you don't own today. Not built from scratch over fifteen years. Bought, or merged into, or handed to you by somebody who was looking for exactly the person you became.

You get into something before it has a name.Early, because you saw it early. Not because you took a gamble and got lucky.

You stop being paid for your hours and start being paid for your judgement. That is the difference between a good salary and real wealth.

The deal you've been chasing since last year closes in a month.Your offer didn't change. You did.

Money starts coming from places you weren't even working on.A partner. A buyer. An investor. A customer in a country you'd never thought about.

You ask for the number you've been scared to say out loud.Nobody argues. Then you realise you asked for too little.

The rules bend for you.Promotion timelines. Price limits. Who gets a meeting. The policy is still on the wall. It just stops being about you.

You stop rehearsing. No script. No psyching yourself up. No waiting for a good day. You walk in and the conversation goes your way.

The conversation at home that died years ago comes back to life in one evening. It moves because you changed. Not because they did.

Your children grow up with a bigger idea of what's possible. Not your money. The thing that made the money, which is the only part they can really inherit.

People start talking about you in places you've never been. And the invitations you get change completely.

You get years of your life back.Asked what this work saved them, people say three years, five years. One woman said forty seven.

Four reasons people talk themselves out of this

"I don't sell anything."

Antano says it before you can. "Some of you don't do sales. I don't do sales." A partnership. A loan. A price. A job. A conversation with your child. Any time two people both want something, somebody has to close it. That is not selling. That is life.

"I'm not in business at all."

Neither was the teacher who went from 300 students to 800. Or the homemaker who finally got the money conversation moving at home. Or the parent who reopened a conversation with a child that had been shut for years. Same three days. Ages 12 to 80 have done this work. What you point it at is your choice.

"That happens to other people."

At the last Close The Deal a founder did $4.2 million in sales. A CEO closed an 8 crore stake. A film producer finally got his movie cast. Same three days, same Arena. What people left with matched who they became, not what they walked in owning.

"Some people are just born like that."

This is the belief that costs the years. One man spent his whole career sure that without the right college his ceiling was fixed. After the work: double the salary and double the position. Nobody is born able to do this. It gets installed.

What people walked out with

$4.2 million in deals within 3 months
Shantanu, after decades of the same pattern
40 years of barriers gone in 3 months
Jyoti Garodia, business in multiples

Within a month I got a CXO level role. I’ve hiked up more than 50%, and the brand is 100 times bigger than my existing brand.

Chief Risk Officer

I have grown from being a manager to an executive director in about four years. If not for Antano and Harini it would have taken me at least 10 years. There are many folks from IITs and IIMs who report to me now. Before, I could never have imagined that.

Sriram Kumar

I was struggling for months to sign up the right producer and now after CTD, I have already closed my movie deal and finalized the star cast!

Anand Kumar

At the last Close The Deal a founder did $4.2 million in sales and a CEO closed an 8 crore equity stake. Neither of them went home with a better pitch.

Your frontier has a different address

If the deal that would change your next ten years is already near you, and you can't yet see it or close it at the right value at the right time, you belong here. Ages 12 to 80 have done this work.

Professionals & Managers

The promotion, the category move, the transfer, the Arena where people don't yet take you seriously. You're already good at the work. The move only happens if you can ask, and stay in the ask. That has to sit in you, not in a script you forget the moment your manager pauses.

Specialists & Practitioners

Doctors, architects, lawyers, engineers, academics, consultants. Your expertise isn't in question. The collaboration, the referral network, the institutional mandate and the fee you'ven't raised in four years all turn on a conversation nobody trained you for.

Corporate Leaders

The hire, the board mandate, the price, the collaboration that's still only a lunch. Authority isn't the same as being able to close. These three days install the judgement to finish it without losing the relationship.

Founders & Business Owners

The partnership, the capital, the key customer, the new market, or the business you buy instead of build. You already know the names. What you need is the capability to see the opening and close it at the right value, at the right time.

Homemakers

Money at home, alignment in the family, or the thing of your own you keep calling someday. Closing here is still a yes that both people want. The same capability that works in a boardroom works at the dining table.

Parents

The conversation that has been postponed for years. What you close and what you leave unfinished shapes what becomes possible for the next generation. This isn't a sales class. It's the capability to finish what matters.

Young Adults

The first serious yes. A course, a job, a partner, a direction. Judgement and voice install faster before habit hardens. Come with a parent or guardian.

Four Things You'll Start Doing Without Trying

  • You'll walk into a stranger and walk out with something. A buyer in another country. A panel that has never heard your name. Someone three levels above you. A relative who stopped listening years ago. You'll stop needing them to already trust you, because you'll know how to build it in the conversation itself.
  • You'll finally know whether to move, stay, join or start. Antano says roughly thirty percent of people who come for consultation turn out to have been in the wrong business the whole time. They knew. They just couldn't act. You'll stop needing more information and start being able to decide.
  • You'll stop making vague arrangements with people. Co-founder, boss, spouse, supplier. You'll be able to say out loud who gets what, who does what, and what happens if it goes wrong, without the conversation getting awkward. That one habit is what keeps partnerships alive.
  • You'll spot the real opening and ignore the noise. Everybody will be excited about ten things. You'll know which one deserves your next two years, and you'll know it early enough to matter.

Sunday, February 7, 2027

The day after, you'll describe yourself differently

Picture the Sunday evening. Three days in the Arena behind you, and here's the strange part. You can't name a single technique you learned. Nothing was memorised. There's no folder to take home.

What changed is smaller than a technique and far bigger than one. A sentence you've been quietly telling yourself for years stops being true.

I'm good at the work but not at the other part. I wasn't built for those conversations. My time will come. People like me don't get to ask for that.

Every one of those describes a capability nobody ever gave you, wearing the costume of a personality trait. Which is why working harder never touched it. And why another course was never going to.

Then the ordinary weeks start. A call gets returned. A number gets asked for and nobody flinches. And then the part nobody can prepare you for: you start noticing things that were always there. An opening inside a relationship you've had for nine years. A market nobody in your industry has named. A conversation you'd have sat through politely a year ago.

None of it feels dramatic while it's happening. It doesn't feel like seeing more. It feels like the world quietly got bigger.

That's the part worth paying for. The deals you can't name are the ones that change a life, and they only become visible to a different person.

Two versions of your next ten years are sitting in front of you right now. In one, you stay excellent and overlooked, you spot the opening a year after somebody else took it, and the world keeps evolving faster than you do while the gap widens in silence. That version isn't a failure. It's just the one that happens on its own.

The other one starts on the 4th of February, in Chennai, with a set of installations built around your work, your family, your situation.

One person who can do this changes a family. Families change a country. It has to start with somebody, on some specific day, and nobody is coming to nominate you.
