A government auditorium in Delhi. Late nights at a uP! event. The authorities sent a team to inspect: what are these people doing? They came the first day. The second day. By the fourth day they came with a different question. They had seen people arrive on day one and watched them transform every day since. They asked: what are you doing? We want this for our department.

uP! Superior Capabilities Carnival is not a performance showcase. It is a demonstration of what becomes ordinary when the right capabilities are installed at a systemic level. What government inspectors came to question, they left asking to experience. The Department of Social Justice and Social Welfare became one of the beneficiaries.
