Abirami is a Senior Program Manager at Philips who had spent years trying to find peace. Yoga, spiritual journeys, inner work — none of it settled what needed to settle. Eight years of separation, a childhood built on friction and distance, a life where every decision was made completely alone. Then she found A&H. What followed was not just her transformation. Her daughter Adithi, who struggled to focus and make friends, scored a centum in her Biology board exam and topped her grade in art.
